We have made plans to ensure that in the event of a significant UK pandemic we can continue to support your insurance needs.
We have looked at our processes in case our office is forced to close or our staff need to work from home. As part of this review we have put in place processes to ensure that we can continue to answer your calls and service your policies for you.
As much as possible it will be business as usual but we have decided to put all client visits on hold for the foreseeable future. You can continue to contact your Client Manager in the usual way through email or their direct or mobile phone numbers.
We know lots of our customers are worried about the impact of COVID-19 on their businesses.
There are lots of things we can do to help if you’re struggling to make your payments. We may be able to offer a payment holiday and can also look at reducing your cover if your needs have changed or look at other measures we can take to support you.
